One of two Aston Martin DB10, which are made exclusively for the promotion of the movie “Spectre”, was sold at auction for a whopping 2.43 million pounds (3.13 million euros). British manufacturer of luxury sports cars makes a total of 10 copies of this model, but the eight are modified for filming the latest James Bond film. The ninth copy is kept by Aston Martin in their collection, while the last car ended up on the auction at Christie’s in London.
The starting price of one million pounds (1.3 million euros) has surpassed two and a half times, and the sales revenue is dedicated humanitarian organization Doctors Without Borders.
The car otherwise carries the signature of Daniel Craig and it is interesting that the vehicle isn’t intended for driving on public roads, because it doesn’t meet the technical requirements. The buyer who wished to remain anonymous definitely no problem with that – rare cars like the Aston Martin DB10 represent a good investment, so the value of the vehicle is likely to grow in the coming years.
