Silversea Expeditions has unveiled its collection of Scuba Diving Expedition Voyages for 2016 and 2017, offering diving enthusiasts the chance to explore remoter corners of the world across the South Pacific, Australasia, Africa and the Indian Ocean. You will visit such regions as the Solomon Islands, the Palau archipelago and the Marquesas islands, which have been celebrated as some of the world’s most spectacular diving hotspots, featuring blue holes, hidden caves and tunnels, and an astonishing spectrum of coral fish and rare sea creatures.
“We’re delighted to offer our guests the opportunity to explore remote destinations both on land and underwater with this unique series of expedition voyages,” says Mark Conroy, Silversea’s managing director for the Americas. “The Scuba Diving Expedition Voyages are designed to provide the most awe-inspiring deep sea adventures, but also include incredible destinations for snorkeling and onshore hiking explorations.”
Each Silversea Expeditions voyage is led by a team of 11 experts: naturalists,
anthropologists, geologists and historians, hand-picked for their knowledge,
passion and friendliness. Your Expedition Leader and Captain will work together
to ensure opportunities for adventure and exploration are the best possible,
taking into account prevailing weather activity. Here is a sampling of what’s available:
