The home also features a king suite, a double queen suite, and a queen suite for a total of 5 suites that can accommodate up to 12 guests. There are stunning Pacific sunset views throughout the home, two private pools, and a built-in hot tub.

With nearly 10,000 sq ft of living space, there is substantial indoor and outdoor room with multiple decks surrounding the pools, private terraces and patios off each of the ocean view suites. The large Great Room is open to the gourmet kitchen, which features Wolf and Sub Zero appliances and a full set of kitchen machinery like coffee maker, blenders, and toaster. There is a wine nook and wet bar off the Great Room, and a huge entertainment room with multiple couches, TV, wet bar and mixing station.

Guests also have access to the resort development’s amenities including a golf course, tennis courts and the Prieta Beach Club. The villa is available for a five night minimum with rates available upon request. However, expect prices to fall anywhere from $15,000 to $30,000 for the week.
