Chevrolet, at the Geneva Motor Show, promoting the new version of the Corvette model for year 2017, named Corvette Grand Sport. In short, the car got a front grill inspired by the Z06 version, wider rear wheel arches, unique alloy wheels of 19 and 20 inches with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires, high-performance Brembo brakes, magnetic ride control, modified suspension, electronic LSD differential, as well as 6.2-liter LT1 V8 engine with 460 horses. The engine is mated to a seven-speed manual transmission, and optionally can be obtained with an eight-speed automatic.
Also, as an option on the 2017 Corvette Grand Sport is available a Z07 performance package with body kit made of carbon fiber, carbon-ceramic brakes, Michelin Sport Cup 2 tires, and Grand Sport Collector Edition kit which includes exclusive Watkins Glen Gray metallic paint, Tension Blue hash-mark graphics, satin black full-length stripes, wheels in a special black finish and Tension Blue leather interior. 2017 Corvette Grand Sport coupe and convertible will go on sale in the US from summer, and in Europe later this year.
