For some time, Celine Dion is trying to sell a magnificent villa on Florida’s exclusive Jupiter Island, but no one wants to buy it. Famous singer first listed the lavish 5.5-acre property for $75.5 million in 2013 and the price now stands at $45.5 million after a series of price chops over the three years it has sat on the market unsold. The main 10,000 sq ft house with views of the Atlantic Ocean has five bedrooms, while the grounds are also home to two four-bedroom guest houses, a tennis court and simulated golf range.
Not to forget massage room and not one but three separate pools. One pool comes with a fire pit in the middle of it, while another has a water park and a lazy river.
Last month, Dion sold another of her homes, in Quebec, for $25.5 million.
