Sean Combs aka P. Diddy has reduced the price of his New Jersey mansion again. The 45-year-old rapper has put his sprawling 26-room property back on the market four years after failing to attract when he originally listed it for $13.5 million in 2011. Then last year he re-listed it for $8,5 million. If you want to own previously celebrity owned property now, then you just need $7.89 million.
Located about 20 miles north of Midtown Manhattan in the affluent borough of Alpine, the 3.25-acre estate boasts the 17,000sqft all-brick manor house with 26 rooms in total. Inside the seven-bedroom, ten-bathroom pad is a two-story grand foyer, a great room with a fireplace, a mahogany-paneled library and a master suite with a sitting room and fireplace.
It also boasts home theate, a 2,000-square-foot recreation room, state-of-the-art gym, swimming pool, a putting green, two waterfalls, aquarium, basketball court and a six-car garage. The listing agency is Sotheby’s International in Alpine, New Jersey.
