Charlie Hunnam, best known for his role in the series Sons of Anarchy, just purchased a restored Mediterranean-style house in the Hollywood Hills for $2.7 million. Located within the prestigious and luxurious enclave, this fully renovated Mediterranean villa has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. In fact, its restoration was so dramatic and successful, that this house arrived at the Wall Street Journal’s website.
Built in 1926, this villa has lowered living room, which is transformed into a home cinema with a screen and a projector. Maybe Charlie will envite his friends here for the premiere of his new movie in which plays the role of King Arthur. There is a spacious kitchen with quartz work surfaces and the latest kitchen appliances.
Otherwise, this villa was designed by Charles Toberman, known as Mr. Hollywood, so it contains details such as the traditional Hollywood curved ceilings and plaster borders. All four bedrooms are located on the top floor, where all the bathrooms are superbly designed – there are large bathtubs, rain showers and dual sinks.
The living room and formal dining room open out onto a private courtyard, which features a swimming pool with a black bottom and lodge. There is also a wine cellar.
Charlie who moved to Los Angeles when he was eighteen, already owns a villa in Los Angeles, which he bought in 2002. He had always planned to buy another property, although in an interview said he would like to own a ranch with poultry, but for now, this wish was not fulfilled.
