The hotel features 249 non-smoking guestrooms and suite accommodations, including 195 deluxe rooms with king beds, 49 deluxe rooms with two queen beds, four grand suites and one presidential suite. All accommodations offer complimentary WiFi, 55-inch flat-screen televisions and individual climate control.
The property offers 36,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, including 15 meeting rooms and an 11,750-sq.-ft. Grand Ballroom. Approximately 4,000 sq. ft. of outdoor terrace space is also available.
F&B options include Borealis restaurant, and the hotel also features a fitness center, hot tub and an outdoor swimming pool with sun deck.
Located in Denver’s neighboring city of Aurora, the hotel is adjacent to the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Additionally, the hotel is close to Denver International Airport and the new Regional Transportation District (RTD) Light Rail line.
