A. Lange & Söhne is the sponsor of the prestigious “Concours d’Elégance Villa d’Este” for the fifth time. The annual competition happens at Lake Como from the 20th to the 22nd of May. The German brand used its participation in the event to present unique Lange 1 Time Zone for the “Best of Show” winner. Lange 1 Time Zone watch features a hand-engraved hinged dust cover in white gold on the movement side.

This magnificent engraving is a unique homage to the competition, and the name of the event written on this model is a tribute to the glorious history of the brand and the event.
Finished in 18-karat white gold, this timepiece has a sapphire crystal and a hinged, solid gold back decorated with the emblem of the Villa d’Este. The watch is powered by the German manually wound Lange in-house caliber L031.1 sporting 54 jewels, 21,600 vph and a power reserve of 3 days.

Designed and decorated by hand, with elements of German silver, the watch has details of gold, balancing weights resistant to shocks and the adjustment option of precision index with patented mechanism.
Como Edition has a silver dial with hands made of rhodium gold. Final details on this model are black, hand-sewn alligator leather strap with a buckle in 18-carat white gold. It is only given to the winner of the “Best of Show” and is not available for purchase.
