The “emotional custom home,” as the listing calls it, sits in the Oxford Triangle neighborhood and has been completely renovated, so now boasts three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths spanning 2,400 square feet (nearly three times the size of the original single-story spread), 10-foot ceilings and a chef’s kitchen with marble counters, La Cornue range, and open staircase.
