Almost a century before a small houses became trend, this house has appeared in Seattle. From the front, the house is 17 meters in length and looks pretty normal. However, if you look at the house from the side, you will notice that it is only a meter and half wide. The house was built in 1925 and is now on sale for $499,000. Two years ago, the house was bought by architect Clay Wallace who then paid $375,000 for it. He says he could not resist the charm of this special home.
The 80 m2 house works surprisingly roomy. It has two floors, and features a bathroom and bedroom on each floor.
