Building each frame requires nearly 60 man hours involving many complex techniques. Each bike frame is assembled using natural hemp and high quality resin, resulting in nearly indestructible joints. From joining – to finishing, every single step of the process requires special attention.
Fenders and chain guards are made of thin strips of Bamboo.

The strips pass through a process of smoothing and sanding, then they sit in a room with steam at 100℃ after which, they are bent hot in molds, getting the desired shape.
All components of aluminum, brass, steel used in the construction of the frames and other accessories made from bamboo are made using milling, lathe or CNC machines. All components are carefully handcrafted, resulting in premium quality products.
