Zoe Saldana is the latest Hollywood star in a series who splashed out little fortune on modern home in Beverly Hills, or enclosed within the gated community of Hidden Valley Estates. Zoe, whose performance in the biopic about Nina Simon caused an avalanche of comments, paid $8.7 million on her new villa. With six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, this villa has recently been remodeled. It has an area of about 700 m2, two-storeyed entrance, modern kitchen with breakfast area, formal living room and dining room, family room on the ground floor and top master suite with fireplace, a sitting section, office and a huge walk-in closet.
