Christophe Harbour, the 2,500-acre resort community on St Kitts’ southeastern peninsula, has been welcoming superyachts up to 76m to its state-of-the-art facilities since February 2015, and it is now well on its way to delivering the first shoreside components of the marina early next year. The marina village will be anchored by an 11,000-square-foot Customs House joined by adjacent luxury retail buildings such as distinctive men’s and women’s luxe boutiques, an upscale home interiors and design centre, an exclusive rum bar, and much more.
The Customs House, which is slated to debut next year, will include a real estate discovery center, marina operations, customs and immigration services, a crew lounge and a fitness center, among others. Overlooking the marina and Caribbean Sea, the rooftop terraces can be rented for private events.
It’s planned to debut at the same time as the highly-anticipated Park Hyatt St. Kitts, although the retail shops will open in January.
