Enthusiasts looking for a classic convertible model, should see this beautiful Mercedes 280 SE 3.5 Cabriolet. The car is handmade in 1970 to the highest standards of that time and was the competition to Bentley and Rolls Royce models. This collector’s item is probably the only copy that is currently on sale, and the company HexagonClassics is in charge for the sale.
For now it isn’t known which price is required to redeem this model, but similar examples in excellent condition, having gone through the process of restoration were sold for a figure of €200,000 to €400,000. When it comes to restoration, the Mercedes 280 was returned to the factory state by Australia’s leading Mercedes Benz restoration company Sleeping Beauties of Brisbane and comes in black color which contrasts with the red interior.
It also comes with a soft top six layers, excellent insulation, electric windows, power steering and powerful V8 engine, which is connected to a 4-speed automatic.
Now available for immediate inspection at HexagonClassics’ central London showrooms.
