Famous Italian shipyard Fincantieri, has set new standards for vessels over 90 meters with new superyacht concept, called Sundance, designed by British designer Steve Gresham. Developed in collaboration with interior designers Seymour Diamond, Sundance was designed to blur the lines between outside and inside, featuring long and low lines that flow effortlessly from bow to stern.
Sundance Yacht has some amazing facilities and details: ten meters long swimming pool, dining salon on the upper deck with a table for 12 people, glass floors, three hot tubs and a fantastic waterfall.
Sauna, Turkish baths, massagers and other relaxation rooms occupy over 155 square meters of floor space. In addition, the yacht also has the ship’s infirmary, a wine cellar and a private cinema with anatomic comfortable seating for ten people.
The foredeck features a touch-and-go superyacht helipad, suitable for landing a Eurocopter EC135, while the garage could house a pair of 10 metre limousines, a 7.5 metre crew tender and four Jet Skis.
She can sleep up to 14 guests across the owner’s stateroom, two VIP cabins and four guest cabins, as well as separately accommodate a crew of 30.
Power would come from a pair of 3,915hp MTU diesel engines for a top speed of around 18.5 knots. When trimmed back to 14 knots, Sundance would have a maximum cruising range of 6,000 nautical miles.
Fincantieri has engineered the yacht to Lloyd’s and MCA standards.
