For all those who dream of a life not only on the coast, but directly above the water surface, the perfect solution comes from Boston-based Schopfer Associates. Luxury floating villa on two floors, codenamed Sting Ray, is expected to give its final form at the end of 2017, when the happy owner will cut red tape and prepare an unforgettable New Year’s Eve celebration. Guided by the inspiration that arises from the shape of a stingray, a graceful creatures from the depths of the sea, the project of a floating villa which parts are as slender tails which lean on the coast, creating access to the main complex.
During the night, the whole approach receives light directing curious towards this future pearl of the Aegean Sea.
The ground floor of floating villa is fully intended for parties, while the first floor is formed around a circular gallery. Its place on the first floor of the Sting Ray Villa found the master bedroom, and three separate bedrooms with two bathrooms and a pool. The large glass area of the house offers a magnificent view of the blue expanse that surrounds it on all sides.
As expected, schedule and communication between the rooms is a minimally restricted by partitions and walls, creating a modern open-defined space.
