From Lotus comes another special edition of Exige model, and in this case it is the Exige 350 Special Edition.
This specialist is based on Elise Sport 350 model, from whom is easier for 26 kg (it has 1,099 kg), wherein the serie is limited to only 50 pieces.
Saving weight is achieved, among other things thanks to the sports seats made of carbon fiber, lightweight wheels and lighter lithium ion battery, while for the power is in charge 3.5 liter V6 engine with 350bhp.

Factory states that acceleration from 0 to 60 miles a hour (96 km/h) takes 3.7 seconds (0.3 sec better than before), and top speed is 274 km/h.
It should be noted that Exige 350 Special Edition passed Lotus Hethel Test Track in 1 minute and 29.8 seconds, which is almost four seconds faster than the Elise Race 250.

Exige 350 Special Edition is priced at £61,900 ($79,000) and equipment also includes cruise control, Bluetooth, infotainment system, so is £6,000 ($7,660) more than the regular Sport 350.
There are four colors for the exterior (Essex Blue, Old English White, Dark Metallic Grey and Motorsport Black) in combination with contrasting racing stripes and red brake calipers.
