Mondomarine’s latest all-aluminium superyach is Red-Hot Ipanema. Ipanema is a Mondomarine M50 model, created with Hot Lab Yacht & Design. The design initially circulated in 2012 as a concept, to generate interest. The construction begun in 2014, and we see that the effort is really worth.
Measuring 161 feet (49.2 meters), Ipanema should reach 20 knots at top speed and should also achieve 3,500 nautical miles at 12 knots with her MTU diesels.

There are three decks on board, including a spacious sundeck as well as accommodation for 12 split across an owners cabin and four guest cabins. The interior includes full length windows to let in light and create uninterrupted views.
On board there are more than a dozen different types of marble, as well as onyx, mahogany and briar, which are used to create 37 different design motifs, adding to the combination of the Italian, English and French styles throughout the ship.
Key features include a fold-down beach area with an impressive Jacuzzi and a transom tender garage.
