Outerwear label Moncler teamed up with prestigious Swiss-made ski manufacturer, zai to create an innovative line of skis. zai & Moncler Grenoble, the new limited edition ski collection is inspired by the latter brand’s classic models, but for the collaboration, they were redesigned that touts both brand’s savoir-faire.
The capsule includes exclusive skis crafted from an innovative material patented by Moncler and produced through a combination of artisanal and high-tech techniques.

Designed to be resistant, flexible and stable at the same time, the upscale skis are made of a blend of carbon, steel, aluminum, thermoplastic and rubber.
Available in three sizes (155 cm, 166 cm and 177 cm), the skis will be sold together with a special zai & Moncler Grenoble kit, which includes a carrying ski bag bearing the brand logo, carbon ski poles with retro leather grips and a sponge and wax set for upkeep of the surface. The kit can only be purchase in certain Moncler boutiques, at top ski resorts and in the world’s capitol cities, or on-line at moncler.com, from November 2016.
