Luxury goods brand Brikk has released a special edition Nikon Df camera kit finished in 24 karat pure gold. It has taken almost a year of research and development to develop this kit which includes a lux Nikon Df Camera and lux Nikkor 14-24 F/2.8 lens finished in pure 24K gold. Sections of the camera are adorned in stingray leather, including the focus and zoom rings, flash area, and grip.

Beside gold plated camera and lens with gold plated lens cap and lens hood, the lux Nikon kit also includes the usual charger, cables and software and is packaged in a custom Zero Haliburton camera case, that is finished by Brikk in 24k yellow gold.

Brikk says it will produce a limited edition of only 77 of these kits, the inspiration for which came from Nikon’s own gold FM body from 1977. 7% of the sales price of each Lux Nikon Kit is given to the charity of the clients choosing after purchase. A key philosophy of Brikk is to promote a ‘Luxury Tax’ concept to makers and consumers of luxury goods.
