For those uninitiated, Dinner in the Sky is a unique concept born in Brussels in 2006, and has since been held in over 50 countries worldwide. As the name of the event suggests, you will literally dine in the sky. Your table will be found at 45 meters high, and you and the other guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the incredible experience – aerial views of Mexico City and tasty meal, prepared by the best chefs of the world. Each menu includes three courses, as well as coffee, tea, cocktails, beer and wine.

For Puerto Vallarta, renowned chefs Mikel Alonso and Bruno Oteiza will prepare special treats. If you want your place at this table, you need to book in advance, because as you might imagine, the interest is huge.
The restaurant is made using a 130-tonne crane and an 8-tonne platform which has a mini kitchen and seats for 22 people. Dinner in the Sky event will be held in the period from 28 January to 28 February.
