When Ricardo Bofill discovered near Barcelona abandoned cement factory closed in 1973, the world of limitless possibilities opened up for him and after 45 years he transformed it in a spectacular place to live.
Since World War I-era, cement factory outside of Barcelona was one of the major air pollutants in the region, but after much effort Bofill managed to make space from the wildest imagination.
Overall, The Cement Factory is now a building with unique design and architectural elements; a lofty interior full of style.
