Dubai doesn’t cease to surprise us – here is the world’s biggest shopping mall, the tallest structure and the largest artificial island, but, apparently,it is not enough for them. In 2020, this city, which is known for testing the boundaries of the possible, wants to get a new compliment, because of the “world’s first rotating skyscraper”. Dynamic Tower, how this structure will be called is the work of architect David Fisher, and will be rotated on its axis to give the possibility to its occupants of enjoying a different view at all times.
Plans for this building with 80 floors were presented for the first time in 2008, but so far has not been done on them. Fischer ‘plans allow each floor to rotate independently, which will change the shape of the entire building.
skyscraper will receive forms to ask him the time and life will never be the same. This will be the first building, which will have four dimensions. The owners of the skyscraper will be able to wake up and enjoy the view of the sunrise, but then, later in the day, the same windows had a view of the sunset.
They may also slow or accelerate the speed of rotation of your home, so that the views can be changed in minutes, hours or a day.
The price tag for a piece of the future? The price of construction isn’t known, but as we found out, the price of an apartment in this skyscraper can go from $4 to $40 million.
