Marmi in Italian means marble, and Italy is otherwise known for its fantastic and high quality marble.
The company from Milan, MM, recently designed an exclusive capsule collection for the Italian luxury brand that produces accessories and decorative household items – Scandola Marmi. The star of the collection is – Scandola Marmi Lego Vase – which, as the name implies, resembles LEGO brick, and of course isn’t intended for child’s play.
In fact, the piece is cut from the elegant Italian marble and has several recesses for the flowers, and bears striking resemblance to a large Lego cube.
There are three models made of different kinds of marble. The first model is made of reddish-brown Rosso marble and sells at a price of $702. Another model is made from the famous Tuscan Calacatta white marble and has a price of $729, while the most expensive model is made of black Portoro marble and will cost you $1,220.
Scandola company is recognized by the beautiful marble and granite sculptures created by hand and the objects that are created with old-fashioned artistic techniques, while the expertise of the brand is reflected precisely in making authentic items, whether we speak of forms or texture.
