Manoir Hovey was just named #1 Hotel in Canada for the second time this year!
Nestled on the shores of Lake Massawippi, just outside of North Hatley, one of Quebec’s most picturesque villages, Manoir Hovey is located in the heart of the Eastern Townships, among remarkable landscapes made of sweeping vistas and rolling grasslands, cooling rivers and pristine lakes.
This 19th-century manor originally served as the summer residence of the southern gentlemen and owner of Georgia Power in Atlanta, Henry Atkinson.

Today, its 30 rooms and 7 suites creatively combine the luxury of a boutique hotel with the inviting comfort of a lakeside inn. All bedrooms and suites offer panoramic views across and down the lake and showcase both classical and contemporary design.
When it comes to dinning experience, there’s a fine dining restaurant – Le Hatley, as well as a cozy pub – The Tap Room with an antique fireplace. Other amenities include gardens, an outdoor pool, tennis courts and a private boat dock.
