The news that the glorious estate of Michael Jackson is offered for sale again is a dream for some, and a dream come true for some. Jackson’s ranch “Neverland” was formerly estimated at $100 million, and now this house and the entire ranch can be yours for just $67 million. This means that the future owner will save as much as $33 million. It is located on an area of about 1000 acres, a Michael Jackson was once paid $19.5 million for the ranch full of oaks and sycamores in 1988 and renamed it the name “Nevereland” after the eponymous island in the story Peter Pan. Soon he remodeled it and added a zoo and amusement park, which have since been removed.
After singer’s death, the real estate agency “Colony Capital” took care about the ranch, which is located 240 kilometers north of Los Angeles. Fantastic house and property were given a new name Sycamore Valley Ranch, and a luxury property that was built in a French Normandy-style has a main house that extends all the way to almost 4000 m2 and is work of celebrated architect Robert Altevers.
King of Pop’s home is decorated of course with only the best, so this house boasts parquet floors of French oak from the 18th century, 5 fireplaces and wooden beams. In the fairly-tale house there’s also a railway station in Disney style, private fire station, a guest house with 4 residential units, a tennis court and a cinema with as many as 50 seats.
Needless to say that the main house beautiful. If we add landscaped gardens, vast expanses, two lakes with swans and waterfalls, we have to admit that this is a dream house.
