However, for that money, you get a lot. Besides the fact that you will survive a nuclear war, the bunker offers more than 1,400 m2 of space, one meter thick walls, special air filtration system, a medical room and showers for decontamination and CCTV system which is worth $100,000.
The bunker may submit a a nuclear explosion to 20 kilotons strength. It was built during the Cold War in 1969, was completely renovated in 2012 and now has four spacious apartments, each of them has a kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, living room and bathroom.
