It seems that the whole world gone mad for drinks in unusual colors! Just around this time last year in Madrid was a popular Gïk blue wine, whose color is obtained by maceration of pigment of one type of grape. The whole hipster world was obsessed with this drink, and shortly after appeared Prosseco with rose gold sequins and raspberry flavor. However, one drink now “threatens” to undermine the popularity of the aforementioned – blue prosecco.
Italian company Fratelli Saraceni, which produces champagne, red and white Blumond wines, created a Prosseco whose color is obtained by a combination of blue curaçao liqueur and peach.
The drink is announced as seductive potion that is due to its sweetness and fruity aroma perfect for the upcoming Summer. It is recommended to sip a blue Prosseco as an aperitif or combine it with desserts. It is ideal for special occasions, like weddings for example.
