Sales have finally launched for the 53-story tower that will soon rise over Midtown Atlanta, No. 2 Opus Place (No. 2). Located within the 4.5-acre, mixed-use destination, Opus Place (at 98 14th Street and Peachtree NE), No. 2 will be the tallest residential tower in Atlanta. With the overall master plan for Opus Place being done by Richard Meier, an Atlantan icon due to his work on the High Museum, No. 2’s architecture will be designed by renowned architect firm Perkins + Will with interiors by Champalimaud and will have 232 residences.
The residences will be a mix of one- to three-bedroom homes and penthouses, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows revealing endless and stunning city and park views. Homes will range from 980 to 5,000 square feet with pricing starting at about $700,000 and going up to $12 million.
What’s more, No. 2 boasts an extraordinary array of amenities within The Opus Club. Totaling 45,000 square feet (with 26,000 square feet dedicated to wellness), the Opus Club will feature fitness and wellness offerings and one-of-a-kind social programming. Spread throughout three floors, the Entrance Suite offers a 24-hour concierge, an onsite-lifestyle curator, doorman and valet services, and on-site parking—all within a double height space accentuated by a contemporary crystal chandelier and a blue-chip art collection.
The Wellness Club, located on the ninth floor, will have a resort-style pool with private cabana; an outdoor lounge area with fire pits; an outdoor kitchen with alfresco dining and barbeque grills; an open-air lounge equipped with a juice bar; an infinity lap pool and a dog run. The indoor portion of the Wellness Club will have a wellness director; spa attendant and treatment rooms; state-of-the-art gym; pilates and yoga studio, and a sauna and steam room.
As residents move up the tower, homeowners are welcomed to enjoy the Mozart Club located on the 41st floor. The Mozart Club will feature an IMAX theater screening room; a culture and ultra-lounge; library; cocktail bar; demonstration kitchen; private dining room; tasting lounge; wine tasting and storage, and three golf simulators.
Construction is slated to begin this Fall 2017 with anticipated move-ins at the end of 2019. No. 2 is expected to be fully complete by early 2020.
