“The Restaurant of Order Mistakes” opened recently in Tokyo, hired people with dementia. The intention of the restaurant is exactly that the waiter or waitress make a mistake when it comes to food that you ordered.
Since the guest enters the restaurant bearing in mind that information, the objectives of this act is to change people’s perception of the people suffering from this disease and to find them more understanding.
So, Food blogger Mizuho Kudo who visited the restaurant ordered a hamburger and received a “gyoza” dumplings.
‘I’m fine dumplings came and had a good laugh,’ she tweeted.
The founders are now planning another pop-up in September to commemorate World Alzheimer’s Day.
