Jon Bon Jovi contradicts his lastyear’s album “This House Is Not For Sale.” New Jersey rocker is putting his downtown Manhattan duplex on the market for $17,25 million. Sophisticated duplex on the fourth and fifth floors of West Village apartment complex 150 Charles Street, features 4,031 square feet, with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.
The upper level includes three bedroom suites, including the master bedroom with a walk in closet, a master bath with soaking tub, and its own private terrace. The other two bedrooms are ensuite, and one has a small private balcony. The fourth bedroom is on the main level and is currently used as a library.
