Dean Martin’s former Beverly Hills home which was remodeled in the meantime is finally on the market for $27,95 Million. The developer of the modern estate, Patrik Mirahmadi, who purchased the residence in 2014 and the past three years getting every little detail just right said he tried to emulate the former Rat Pack home by including glamorous entertainment options and an indoor-outdoor feel that is expressed through a 12-foot wall of glass that separates living spaces.
The Rat Pack legend lived in the property from 1988 to 1995. He’d likely be blown away by the new waterfall-style bar in the great room, which can accommodate 150 to 200 party people.
The new property sits on a nearly full acre lot and has a long, gated driveway. The 10,047-square-foot, single-story home has five bedrooms, six baths, and three half-baths and includes contemporary luxury amenities that have become staples in multimillion-dollar spec homes, such as a Crestron home automation system, an in-house sauna, a screening room and fitness center.
The outdoor area offers open patios with a fireplace, a deck with built-in seating, a fire pit, a swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen.
The developer said his personal favorite part of the house is the 15-car display garage.
The neighborhood has attracted the likes of Jennifer Aniston, Vera Wang and others. A number of Martin’s friends and contemporaries once put down roots in Trousdale, including his longtime pal Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley and Ray Charles.
