In November 2017, we met Balenciaga’s new avant-garde, laceless sneaker, the Speed Trainer. Now for the Summer 2017, the luxury fashion house has made available two new colorways of the lifestyle silhouette. Offered in black/white and red/white styles, the uppers feature a knit sock construction, while the textured sole highlights innovative shock absorption and memory capabilities. Rounding out the silhouette’s minimalist aesthetic is the logo found on the side panel as well as on the rear area sole.
These unique women’s sneakers are made in Italy and although they’ve yet to hit Balenciaga’s U.S. e-commerce site, both looks are available now from balenciaga.de for 795 euros (around $906.)
