Maserati made just 12 racing models of MC12 Corsa, and one of them (and the first ever made) is now offered for sale.
As the base was used MC12 GT1, which triumphed in the 2005 FIA GT Manufacturers Cup, and all sold copies were otherwise in Blue Victory (though other customers also had other colors available).
The Maserati MC12 Corsa is powered by atmospheric 6.0 liter V12 engine with 755 hp, as opposed to a road version that was manufactured in a 50-piece series and which had 625 hp.
It should be noted that the MC12 Corsa weighs only 1150 kg, while the road model had 1335 kg.
MC12 Corsa, as a new one, cost $1,5 million, and this particular copy with a mere 241 km is on sale by a Florida dealer for $2,7 million.
