The auction house Mecum Auction sold purple Aston Martin Vulcan at its auction earlier, but the car was not sold. Now, million dollar valued four-wheeler will be re-offered to customers. When appeared at the auction a year ago in Monterey, Aston Martin Vulcan intended for driving on the track expected to be sold at a price between 2.3 and 3.3 million euros. Then it didn’t find a new owner, so the auction house decided a year later to try to sell the car again. However, this time it could be sold at a price of $600,000 to $2,7 million.
Aston Martin has produced only 24 copies of Vulcan, and only three were intended for the American market. However, this is the only one that is painted in the Midnight purple color. It was rarely used, and only 161 km crossed the track.
The car is powered by a powerful 7.0 V12 engine paired with a six-speed sequential transmission.
The auction will be held between August 16th and 19th.
