House39, Murray Hill’s House39, the latest luxury rental building from Fisher Brothers has just unveiled their amenity spaces, designed by the award-winning David Rockwell.
Situated on the border of Midtown East, the 297-unit LEED certified glass tower, which offers studio to three-bedroom homes, was designed by Handel Architects.
Mr. Rockwell, who last year won a Tony Award for scenic design of a musical for “She Loves Me,” said he used natural materials so residents would feel “calm after coming in from the hustle and bustle.”
The popular rental building, which is already 70% leased since debuting this past February, offers residents an abundance of amenities, including a library with individual workspaces and a fireplace, conference room, arcade with skee ball, pool table, ping-pong, photo booth and shuffle board, great greenspace with bocce ball court and fire pit, children’s clubhouse and indoor playground, fitness center and a hammam.
Rents for studios, one- and two-bedrooms starts at $2,830, $4,550 and $6,650, respectively.
