Ratomka residents in Belarus can now celebrate Halloween 365 days a year, as one of their fellow citizens built a devil house and decorated it with skulls and creepy creatures. A newly built house in Ratomka, a small town in the Minsk region, has spawned a lot of attention in its surroundings and on the Internet. Creepy building terrified the local population because of its Satanic style.

The roof is paved with black skulls, scary hands leap from the walls, and countless ugly devils guard this property.
The locals say that the owner of a strange house looks like “ordinary businessman”, but “with a developed imagination”, judging by his car equipped with skulls.

Construction started almost 10 years ago, but it has been delayed and only recently resumed. Many Ratomka residents consider that this creepy house has already become a local landmark.
Some of them are less tolerant and are opposed because its”disgusting look” so they made a complaint to local authorities.
