Coffee drinkers looking for a minimalist coffeemaker may be interested in a new Kickstarter campaign that will be launching during October 2017 for the Newton Espresso. Newton Espresso is a clean, simple, lever-press coffee machine. It started as an idea between two designer/engineers a generation apart in age – one old school, one new school. The best of both worlds. The name Newton itself is a nod to the engineering and principles that underpins the machine.

What the original brief leaves out that the final product delivers on are what we think are the most interesting points. It’s non-electric and operated with only the lever.
