TAG Heuer celebrates the anniversary of Portugal’s victory at the European Football Championship in France 2016, in a fantastic way! To mark this important event where Portugal won the European Championship of France 2016, TAG Heuer created a limited edition of 50 hours in honor of the Portuguese team handed to them by Cristiano Ronaldo, Team Captain and TAG Heuer Brand Ambassador.

In a friendly atmosphere of Cidade do Futebol in Lisbon, a party was presented featuring the Special Edition Heuer 01, which was handed to Captain Cristiano Ronaldo, Club President Fernando Gomes and coach Fernando Santos.
Modern sports watch carries the colors of the Portuguese national team – black and red with some green accents like green stitch on the bracelet, and in position 9h is the team logo. A fantastic skeleton dial shows the Heuer – 01 mechanism. On the background of the watch are engraved the number of the limited editions as well as the print “Euro 10 Julho 2016”.

The model given to Cristiano Ronaldo has an engraved player’s lucky number 7, and each player has got a watch with the engraved number of his jersey.
The clock has a 45 mm diameter case of brushed steel with PVD coating and a black ceramic fixed mask with a tachymetric scale, as well as steel horns. It is coated with sapphire crystal with anti-refractive coating on both sides. It has three chronograph dials at positions 12, 9 and 6 h as well as rhodium-plated indexes and indices with SuperLuminova coating.

The date window is at position 3:30 and the inscription “CARRERA HEUER 01 CHRONOGRAPH AUTOMATIC”. It is waterproof up to 100m deep. The strap is made of black rubber and alligator leather stitched with green stitch. It was produced in a series of 50 copies of which 23 were given to the Portuguese team.
