The phone book, believed to belong to Adolf Hitler, was sold at auction “Henry Aldridge & Son” in the UK for 33,000 pounds or about $ 45,000, which is twice as high as expected. The phone book was found in his office at the end of the Second World War by a British investigator, Captain John Hodge, with more than 200 handwritten names, including Heinrich Himmler, Joseph Goebbels, Rudolf Hess, Hermann Göring, Albert Bormann, Reinhard Heydrich.
