Girard-Perregaux have created their latest dazzling timepiece the Cat’s Eye La Fenice, named after the legendary theatre, La Fenice (The Phoenix) in Venice.
The highly distinctive Cat’s Eye collection has been exercising its seductive charm for more than a decade. From exquisite simplicity to incredible complexity, the Cat’s Eye plays with the countless possibilities afforded by Haute Horlogerie and welcomes romantic new compositions. It offers vivid proof that mechanical movements and the sensual shapes characterising this line can make a perfect match.
Sprinkled with 200 emerald cut diamonds, 83 of which cover the dial, accompanied by 10 brilliant cut ones, the watch features a delicate a hand-polished white gold ribbon bow on the dial as well. The dial also features a special cut-out mother-of-pearl marquetry inlay hand-painted in subtly graded shades, which you can also personalize according to your preference.

The Cat’s Eye La Fenice timepiece comes with black alligator leather strap secured by a buckle set with 14 brilliant-cut diamonds. The alligator strap can, however, be customised to match the colour chosen by you for the mother of pearl inlay. The caseback can be engraved with personalised motifs relating to the theatrical world as a backdrop to any personal notes of messages.
The movement inside is an in-house mechanical self-winding one driving hours and minutes functions and endowed with a 46-hour power reserve.
