Apart from having the highest price, it is the largest apartment in Europe with 1,650 square meters. A terrace overlooking Lake Laman is also a special feature.
The apartment can accommodate 12 people (each has a separate room),thus the price per apartment per person is $6,600. There are two main rooms, which have their own marble bathroom and a jacuzzi with a view to the lake.
