World’s fastest car – Bugatti Chiron inspires Parmigiani Fleurier’s newest watch. Named PF-Bugatti Type 390, this concept watch is limited to only 20 pieces.
With its 1500hp W16 engine, a body made of carbon fiber and its super-luxurious interior, Bugatti Chiron is one of the most powerful and fastest street-legal ever produced. Sleek and superfast, the supercar just broke the world record for the 0-400-0 km/h at just 42 seconds, earning the title of the world’s most powerful and fastest car.
The watch is no less impressive. It looks like real engine block on the wrist. The shape of the case has the same distinctive silhouette as the Chiron. Measuring 57.7mm by 42.2mm, the case uses innovative mechanism that allows it to pivot through an angle of 12° to fit perfectly on any wrist. New Bugatti Type 390 is outfitted with a cylindrical mechanical Calibre PF390 with flying tourbillon, a triangular barrel coupling system, an 80-hour power reserve, a titanium cage enclosement, Hermes alligator leather wristlets and more striking features. Produced in white gold and rose gold iterations, this watch is limited to ten units per model, and will set you back by 295,000 CH ($297,400 approximately).
