The correct way to consume traditional Japanese soup with noodles involves obligatory suturing. The reason is, according to Japanese cuisine experts, that only in this way can the noodles and fluids be introduced at the same time.
In order to facilitate the consumption of this popular dishes, the Japanese company Nissin, which produces instant noodles, offered its customers a limited series of special forks called “Otohiko“.
That cutlery, which sells at a price of about $ 130, soon gained its reputation as the “dumbest gadget in 2017”.
“Otohiko” has a big handle, which is to “collect” the unpleasant sounds of squeaking while eating the soup and “turn it” into pleasant melodies from your smartphone. A special application, with which the fork is connected, allows you to have a nice tune from the speaker of each phone.
Only 5,000 pieces of this “musical” fork will be produced, it was announced from Nissin.
Is Otohiko really the “dumbest gadget” or do not judge yourself, but each of us certainly knows at least one person who would like something like this more than welcome – there is no doubt!
