Finally! Yamaha MWT-9 concept tricycle has been able to reach the serial production as the new Yamaha Niken for 2018.
It is powered by a well-known three-cylinder aggregate of 900 cubic meters, the same as it can be found on the FZ-09 model. That’s all that is known about Niken, because it’s definitely not a normal creation on two wheels.
Niken is based on the design of the three-wheel chassis, which offers a completely different driving experience.

Yamaha was not so generous when it comes to information, but we know that two 15-inch rims at the front are waiting for us with reverse forks.
Nikon is quite long – 2,150 mm, with a width of 885 mm. We expect more details at the EICMA fair in Milan in less than two weeks.
