BMW Connected has the task of ensuring that in-car passengers are connected to the Internet all the time, and that they have at their disposal a full range of services.
One of the latest is integration with Google Assistant service, which provides access to information and command issuance by voice.
The BMW system will work in-house through smart speakers such as Google Home, as well as on the road via smartphones.

Google Assistant is activated by saying “OK, Google,” and you need to add “Ask BMW” to use BMW Connected.
BMW Connected will be integrated with the Google Assistant starting in December 2017 (in the USA at launch; other countries will follow).
