Le Bristol Paris has partnered with Hennessy to launch an exclusive tasting room for their rarest dram. Dubbed Precision Gallery, this is an intimate space where guests can taste the rare cognac – Hennessy’s Paradis Impérial cognac, by reservation only.
The tasting room will only serve Hennessy’s exquisite Paradis Impérial Cognac, which is the achievement of Yann Fillioux, a seventh generation Master Blender, who selects only 10 of 10,000 eau de vie in a precise blending process; some spirits have been aged for 200 years. The result is a cognac with a floral nose of jasmine and orange blossom and a fine structure in the mouth punctuated with smoky accents and spicy notes.
The Paradis Impérial cognac is paired with canapés crafted by Michelin-starred Chef Eric Frechon, including kouglof with bacon colonnata, candied tomatoes and chorizo, or Peruvian chocolate pods with lemon grass infused sorbet.
Precision Gallery is open by reservation only, from 5:30pm to 1:30 am every day until 31 March 2018. Rates begin at $178 for 20ml Hennessy Paradis Impérial tasting paired with four canapes, or $354 for 40ml Hennessy Paradis Impérial tasting paired with four canapes.
