Following their successful collaboration with diptyque, London’s Hotel Café Royal teamed once again with this leading French perfumer for an exclusive an Afternoon Tea service.
Hotel’s culinary team have added a sprinkle of festive magic to this winter Afternoon tea to be served daily in the gilded Oscar Wilde Bar or the Domino room from 16 November.
Transforming the classic Afternoon tea experience into an indulgence for the senses, Executive Pastry Chef, Sarah Barber, has created four new sweet delicacies in conjunction with diptyque, each one using the flavours and ingredients to be found in four of their winter scents.
In addition to the classic Afternoon tea served, guests will enjoy the following new items, corresponding to diptyque’s Oyedo, Benjoin, Jasmine and Noisetier scents.
Guests enjoying the diptyque Afternoon tea will also receive a beautifully gift packaged 70g Baies candle to take away; diptyque’s most popular scent used throughout Hotel Café Royal; a combination of Bulgarian roses and blackcurrant leaves.
