We’ve seen MAC’s joint collections with everyone and everything. Nicki Minaj, Taraji.P.Henson of Empire fame and Prabal Gurung are some of the names that MAC assessed as good enough for cooperation. The latest one is Jade Jagger, designer of fine jewelry, and yes that Jagger’s daughter. So, no wonder why make-up collection they created is inspired by rock-n-roll.
Limited edition capsule collection, which launches later this month contains eight products, which skip the face makeup and add jewel-inspired (in both packaging and hues) products for lips, cheeks, and eyes.
MAC’s Make-Up Collection by Jade Jagger
You can expect to get your hands on two shimmering metallic eyeshadow quads (Burning Nights aka the ultimate smokey eye in one travel-size palette and four copper and red shades in Golden Shine), two blushers, a shimmery peach, Moon Shimmer, and a rose bronze aptly named Perfect Bronze, a golden Skinfinish powder and three lipsticks; Opal Beach, a peach nude, Sunset Pearl, a rosy brown and Rolling Red, a striking scarlet.
The jewelry inspired packaging reveals products that fall under MAC’s Mineralize category. They offer lightweight formulas enriched with a rich, proprietary 77-mineral ferment complex. Jojoba oil works to help the powders feel creamy upon application.
The collection drops online and in stores December 14.
